The board, in five sections

Five counts across the whole operation.

Fleet, Crews, Council, Safety, Money. Each carries a red, orange or green count, and a feed underneath that reports absence as plainly as it reports events. No system is replaced: the board reads SimPro, Fergus and Calendly, and owns only the things that have no home today.

  • Barney went out at 6:10 with no check sheet — chase the driver. Absence, not an event. Fifteen named trucks, today’s date, minus anything off-road, diffed against what actually arrived.
  • CRM 4471 Somme Parade — response overdue by 2 days. Council work is first-class: an inbound request, a response window, and a reply that has not gone.
  • Tubby — wiper blades not working, action required. Raised on the tablet walk-around, cleared on the board when it is fixed.
Every line above is invented for this demo. Tubby, Barney and Pickles are the only real names on this page — they are vehicles the business itself names in public. Every person, customer, complainant, address, reference number and dollar figure in the app is fictional.

Persona is a read boundary, not a filter. A driver’s session genuinely cannot open the safety register or the Council queue.
