The sign-off folder, counted
Sign-offs and inductions. A printed SOP, signed and scanned into a folder, can tell you who signed. It cannot tell you who did not, and it cannot tell you that a sheet was signed with the chain-brake test left unticked. This screen does both: a checklist saved as a record, a matrix of the people it is required of, and a flag on every sign-off that skipped something critical.
The three checklists on this page are samples, written for this demo and modelled on the structure of documents a contractor of this kind holds — the chainsaw sign-off on the structure of the real Securo SOP, whose published review date of 3 March 2023 is the one fact carried across. Every staff name, role, signature and sign-off is invented, as is the requirement policy that decides which checklist a role has to hold. No Tree Truck document, folder or system is connected.
